Pup n' Flow Puppy Yoga

Join The Light Spiritual Wellness Center for a Pup n' Flow Puppy Yoga Class, benefitting Justin Barlett Animal Rescue!  

Engage in a soft flow, one hour yoga class while available puppies roam the room. All levels of experience are welcome to attend this easy-going event. Puppies will be available to cuddle and play with during and inbetween your soft flow poses. Please, bring your own yoga mat!

Proceeds of this Pup n' Flow class will be donated to Justin Bartlett Animal Rescue. If you meet your new, furever friend during the class, representatives from the Rescue will be there to guide you on the adoption process. 

***Please note: this is not your average yoga class! Puppies are puppies and will be running around, playing, tugging and chewing. Be sure you are prepared for possible puppy pee, claw marks in your mat, dog hair, etc! Bring old mats or towels to cover your mat if you are concerned for your belongings.
